Party Pricing

Painting Party For Up to 10 Guests

starting at $250

Need More? Depending on the project It’s only $8 – $12 for each additional painter up to 15 maximum participants.


Parties are held based on availability of the studio. We can host events during the week, on Saturday mornings starting at 10 am or Sunday Afternoons. Please book ahead of time to reserve your preferred date and time!

You Have the Studio for a  2.5 Hours of Party Time – with 30 minutes prior to set up and 15 minutes past to load your car! – there is plenty of time for the Art Activity, food, the birthday cake, and even opening presents! You will need to plan ahead as these dates quickly fill up. If you want to host a party on a different day, please complete the form and let us know. We require all our little artists to have their parent or guardian read and sign our waivers for parties. Please download the file below. You can print and mail them with your invitations or attach it electronically in an email or on your event page. We will have waivers onsite the day of the event as well for parents to complete.

How Much Time Do I Have To Set Up/Tear Down?

You are provided three hours of time when you reserve the studio for your child’s party. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your allotted Party time for set up. Your event, including clean up needs to be concluded within 30 minutes of your scheduled ending time. Your coordinator will work with you to determine how we can best assist you with these transitions.


A $100 deposit, which will be applied to your balance, is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due two days before your event.

You can receive a full refund if you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled event. After that, we will return your deposit less a $35 fee.

If you do not show for your party, you forfeit all payments made for your event.  .

What If I have have less than 10 Painters?

The Party Package starts at the minimum as listed regardless of the amount of painters. Remember, painters do not have to be all children – invite those special adults in your life to participate as well!

Can I add painters after I book my event?

Yes. You can add painters up to 2 days before your event, when the final payment is due. The extra painters will be included in this final payment. Our maximum is 15 children total. 

Do Parents Need To Be Present?

The host/hostess needs to be onsite the entire time of their child’s event. We love it even more when the guests’ parents stay to watch a well. We have plenty of extra seating and tables to accommodate everyone. For younger party goers, parents are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to stay & participate.
